When registering for an Rc-Annie course you will be asked to tick a box to confirm your agreement with our TERM & CONDITIONS, please read the following to ensure that you are aware of what you have agreed. You cannot register for any of our courses with our ticking this box first.
Workshop and course fees must be paid in full, in advance of course commencement.
EARLY BIRDS, CONCESSIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS
Are granted purely at the discretion of Rc-Annie Ltd. To qualify for an EARLY BIRD discount, sign up & pay before the deadline. Concessions are available on most workshops and courses. Please check individual course information for details as they may differ per course. Discounts are normally Early Bird offers, FREE TASTER discounts, Returning student discounts. Concessions are normally awarded to Performers in Rc-Annie shows, members of: Equity, BADC, Stage Management Association, Students and unemployed and Early Bird offers
Reduced fee Scholarship: Rc-Annie will periodically announce a special reduced fee scholarship on our Intensive and specialist courses for those in need.
The full Rc-Annie Scholarship award: is an annual award which covers the course fees for one scholar to train FREE for a year. Please contact us for more information.Please check the course information for details.
Rc-Annie Limited does not offer refunds in any circumstances. If you are unable to attend due to illness or a professional work engagement you must inform Rc-Annie in writing immediately. A course credit system is in place (credit notes are issued at the discretion of Rc-Annie). Any credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Rc-Annie Limited reserves the right to alter course timings, content and personnel, but will endeavour to inform all participants and tutors in advance of the changed taking effect.
Rc-Annie Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or tuition. If any participant is suspected of being under the influence of any substance (including alcohol) or behaving in a reckless or aggressive manner they will be refused admission or asked to leave.
RISKS, HEALTH & SAFETY
All classes undertaken are at the Participants own risk. All physical work including Stage Combat will have an inherent risk of potential injury.
Please inform your Rc-Annie or your tutor of any medication, injury, illness or learning needs that may have an affect on your ability to fully engage in the course.
I allow my photographic and moving image to be taken during my course to be used by Rc-Annie Limited to advertise future courses.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND COPYRIGHT
TEACHING: Unsolicited filming of teachers, students, choreography or class content is not permitted.
CHOREOGRAPHY: It is an infringement of copyright to reproduce, communicate, publish or perform all or a "substantial part" of a piece of choreography, taught on any Rc-Annie Ltd Course, unless Rc-Annie Ltd has given direct written permission.
Rc-Annie Limited acts in compliance with the General Produce Safety Regulations 2005, The Sale of Goods Act 1979, and The Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Rc-Annie all not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur with any weaponry or other products that have been bought from the Rc Shop.
Rc-Annie changes VAT on all items.
