Kundalini Global Yoga with Rae
Rae's aim is to bring this wonderful style of yoga that combines breath, posture and intention to our community.
Rachel has included breath in her work as a Fight Co Ordinator and Instructor for a long time. It is a useful tool to connect actors to the emotional energy necessary when performing scenes of violence. Performing or even watching scenes of violence activates our stress system which in the short term is fine, but if we don’t deactivate it then over time it can lead us to feelings of anxiety and stress. Kundalini Global works on deactivating that stress system, brirnging us back into a state of bliss and neutrality.
