Claire is an Associate teacher and fight director with Rc-Annie and has been with the company since its inception in 2005. Claire has always believed that as an actor and fight performer you don’t have to be thin, but you do have to be fit enough to do the job. She started boxing 4.5 years ago and not only does it make you stronger and fitter it also enhances your fighting form. Using a mix of HIIT and shadow boxing these sessions will help ease you out of the lockdown lethargy and get you back fighting fit.
