Claire has a level 3 diploma in personal training, she is fully insured, a registered member of CIMPSA and the founder of Feel Great Fitness. She is also an Associate Teacher and Fight Director with Rc-Annie. With over 12 years of experience as a movement professional Claire will ensure that each session is not only fun and functional but suited to your body, how it moves and what it needs.

40 minute full body workout with Claire.
WHAT YOU NEED
BRING A WEIGHT!!! (A dumbbell or a tin of beans - get creative!)
A resistance band (pair of tights)

Enough room to fling your limbs about
A yoga mat or just floor space to lie down
