Claire has a level 3 diploma in personal training, she is fully insured, a registered member of CIMPSA and the founder of Feel Great Fitness. She is also an Associate Teacher and Fight Director with Rc-Annie. With over 12 years of experience as a movement professional Claire will ensure that each session is not only fun and functional but suited to your body, how it moves and what it needs.

7.30am classes on MONDAY and THURSDAY mornings 
40 minute workout. Mondays - Strength. Thursdays - Cardio.

10am class on SUNDAY mornings
A fun mixed 30 minute full body workout.
