Claire has a level 3 diploma in personal training, she is fully insured, a registered member of CIMPSA and the founder of Feel Great Fitness. She is also an Associate Teacher and Fight Director with Rc-Annie. With over 12 years of experience as a movement professional Claire will ensure that each session is not only fun and functional but suited to your body, how it moves and what it needs.

SUNDAY 10am (GMT) A fun mixed full body workout.
TUESDAY 7.30am (GMT) Strength.
WEDNESDAY 7pm (GMT) Cardio.
