Rc-Annie Limited does not offer refunds in any circumstances.
Deferment may be offered, in certain cases, to an equivalent course of equal value. A Deferred place must be redeemed within a 12 month period from the agreed deferment date.
Rc-Annie Limited reserves the right to alter course times, course content and to cancel classes due to any unavoidable and /or unforeseen circumstances.
Rc-Annie Limited reserves the right to terminate a student's contract at any time.
Rc-Annie Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or tuition.
EARLY BIRDS and DISCOUNTS are granted purely at the discretion of Rc-Annie Limited. To qualify for an EARLY BIRD discounted sign up, Rc-Annie limited requires that receipt of both an online registration form and payment be made by the promotions advertised end date. Therefore, we recommend that students apply in plenty of time.
Copyright: It is an infringement of copyright to reproduce, communicate, publish or perform all or a "substantial part" of a piece of choreography, taught on any Rc-Annie Limited Course, unless Rc-Annie Limited has given direct written permission.
All BADC affiliated courses are taught by current BADC qualified tutors.
Exam fees are not included in the Evening course fee and are payable separately, fees ranging from £20-£35.
Poor course attendance may result in students being insufficiently prepared to take the final exam and will be advised accordingly.
Full attendance to the course does not automatically result in an exam pass.
Teaching: Passing your BADC LEVEL THREE ADVANCED EXAM does not qualify you to teach, it does however qualify you (if a Gold Recommended grade is achieved) to approach the BADC Teacher Training Program to become a Teacher (two/three year program)
