Intensives - Workshops - The Fight Team

Screen and Stage Fighting requires a complex combination of movement, control and coordination while at the same time maintaining the emotional truth of a character. It takes time to ‘fake’ a good fight. In the same way that a Actor cannot play a convincing Ballet Dancer without extensive training, an Actor cannot become a convincing Fighter in an afternoon.

WEEKLY CLASSES

We run BADC affiliated evening term courses on Monday and Tuesday evenings. We teach levels 1, 2 and 3.

We also run weekly Fighting Form classes in technique and performing the fight.

INTENSIVES

Intensives are a great way to obtain your BADC qualification in a fun and supportive environment. In just 8 or 10 days you can emerge yourself in the training with like minded people all honing their fighting skills. Through out the year Rc-Annie run several BADC affiliated Stage Combat exam courses.

FIGHT TEAM

Members of our fight team are highly skilled, dedicated and hard working. We recommend our Fight Team for Theatre and Film castings and to act as part of our team for larger shots. Members of the Fight Team also receive discounts on RC-Annie Workshops and Merchandise and are given opportunities to audition for our Fight Shows and to create their own Fight Reels.
